Jakarta (ANTARA) – Legenda sepak bola Tanah Air Kurnia Meiga kembali turun lapangan secara virtual berkolaborasi dengan para pemain legendaris dalam game simulasi sepak bola Total Football.Dengan bergabungnya Kurnia Meiga, kini ada tujuh pemain Indonesia yang bermain di game simulasi sepak bola tersebut. Sebelumnya, Egy Maulana Vikri, Abimanyu, Witan Sulaiman, Pratama Arhan, Stefano Lilipaly, dan M. Rafli sudah hadir sebagai pemain.

“Alhamdulillah saya sangat senang bisa bekerja sama dengan game Total Football untuk menjadi karakter legenda sepak bola Indonesia pertama di game ini. Saya terharu bisa melihat diri saya kembali merumput di lapangan hijau secara virtual sepanjang pertandingan. Mari menjadi juara bersama Kurnia Meiga di Total Football, kata Kurnia Meiga seperti dikutip dalam keterangan resmi, Jumat.

Kurnia Meiga yang saat ini aktif bermain sebagai penjaga gawang akan muncul pada update terbaru Total Football di bulan November dan bisa didapatkan secara gratis. Kurnia Meiga Hermansyah atau Kurnia Meiga merupakan kiper legendaris Indonesia yang bermain bersama klub Arema pada tahun 2008 hingga 2017.

Sedangkan bersama timnas Indonesia, Kurnia Meiga melakukan debut di Piala Asia AFC 2015 melawan Arab Saudi. Total, Kurnia Meiga tampil sebanyak 20 kali dalam 20 pertandingan bersama Timnas Senior Indonesia, sebelum harus gantung sepatu pada tahun 2017.
