Berbeda dengan rekan senegaranya, Geek Fam harus menderita kekalahan 0-2 dari Home Bois asal Malaysia.
Geek Fam sempat unggul terlebih dahulu di awal permainan pada game pertama, namun Home Bois memberikan perlawanan sengit sehingga memaksa para pemain Indonesia untuk bermain hingga late game hingga merelakan game point pertama.
Tuan rumah Bois berusaha menjaga ritme permainan di game kedua dengan tampil agresif. Geek Fam yang awalnya berhasil memberikan perlawanan kuat, akhirnya tak mampu menahan gempuran serangan tim Negeri Jiran, hingga akhirnya Baloyskie dkk harus menyerah 0-2.
Pada fase grup yang berlangsung Sabtu hingga Kamis (7/12), setiap tim berkesempatan bertanding sebanyak tiga kali untuk mengumpulkan poin tertinggi.
Berikutnya Geek Fam dijadwalkan bertanding pada Senin (4/12) melawan The Ohio Brothers asal AS. Pertandingan Onic Esports selanjutnya adalah pada Selasa (5/12) melawan Triple Esports asal Arab Saudi.
